In Ovo: Standards for Global Operations

In Ovo is a pioneer in the field of in-ovo sexing. After years of research, the company developed the Ella machine line. This technology can determine the sex of fertilized chicken eggs early in the incubation process. This allows Ella to remove eggs that would result in a male chick from the process at an early stage.
