With us, you choose a subscription for the base package, support, and the knowledge model. Always for an unlimited number of users, so your entire organization can utilize the knowledge.

However, every process, every machine, and every role requires a different kind of knowledge. That is why we tailor knowledge models to the user’s role and the process for which the knowledge is being captured. For example, we have models for Process Control, System Knowledge, and Technical Service.

Why don’t I pay per user?

We believe that captured knowledge has more value when everyone can access it. If you were to pay per user, you would have to choose who gets access.

What determines the price of a knowledge model?

The type and the size. A simple workstation requires a different model than a complex line, and the more knowledge that is captured, the more extensive the model. This way, you pay per knowledge model based on what suits the process or the role.

Are the costs for capturing knowledge included in this?

No. On this page, you see the costs for using the software: access to ELICIT for your organization and a rate per knowledge model. Capturing new knowledge, through interviews with your experts, is a separate customized process. You can read more about that on our page about capturing knowledge.

What happens to our knowledge if we stop?

The captured knowledge remains yours. If you terminate the license, you will receive the content of your knowledge models as a PDF. Access to ELICIT will no longer be available after that.
