We start with a pilot for every new client, allowing you to try our solution before deciding on a broader rollout. During this phase, we capture the expert knowledge of one process, machine, or technology and make it available on the shop floor. This is tailored to the user’s role, such as an operator, technologist, or engineer.

Setup of the pilot

A pilot lasts three months and focuses on one process or machine. At the end, a final evaluation follows: you can choose to stop and will then receive the knowledge model as a PDF. Who will capture your knowledge?

The ELICIT team consists of knowledge analysts, each with their own specialization tailored to the various branches within the process and manufacturing industry. They know exactly which questions to ask an expert to reach the essence of their experiential knowledge. This always succeeds,  regardless of the complexity of the process or product. Our only condition for success? That you have an expert with this knowledge in-house.

How much time does this take my experts?

The setup requires five two-hour interviews. We conduct the first two interviews with your most experienced expert, after which colleagues from other departments join in.

Who prepares the knowledge model?

We do. A knowledge analyst from ELICIT gathers the knowledge during the interviews and builds the model. Your experts do not need to prepare or write anything down.

What happens after the pilot?

A final evaluation follows after three months. You can continue with a license and maintain access to the captured knowledge, and potentially start capturing more knowledge immediately. Alternatively, you can stop and receive the knowledge model as a PDF.

Are the software costs included in this?

Yes, three months of access is included in the pilot; after that, you choose whether to take out a subscription.
