About ELICIT

ELICIT is a successful start-up with a unique software tool for extracting knowledge from people’s heads. Every organization has experts who have built up a wealth of experience throughout their careers. However, in practice, this knowledge is often hardly recorded, if at all, and is not available to colleagues. With ELICIT, we enable organizations to quickly and structurally capture the valuable experiential knowledge of their experts and make it available to all employees.

The role

As a knowledge analyst, you will engage with professionals and specialists regarding a specific production process or installation. You will quickly and structurally describe the essence of the process, including the most important cause-and-effect relationships, in ELICIT. You will advise and support customers with questions about using the software.

We provide a comprehensive onboarding program and guide you through your first projects. After that, you will quickly start working independently. You will work on one or more projects for various clients. Additionally, you will contribute to the successful growth of ELICIT and the realization of our mission: improving the performance of employees and organizations by making experiential knowledge available to everyone, anytime, anywhere!
