Our pilot approach explained in 6 steps:
For which knowledge domain do you want to capture and make expert knowledge available? Together, we define the scope and identify which experts we will interview for this purpose.
We start with an introduction to the experts and provide an explanation of our project approach. We then conduct the first two interviews and incorporate them into the knowledge model.
During the interim evaluation, we present the initial results and the foundation of the knowledge model. If necessary, we adjust the scope and level of detail.
For interviews 3, 4, and 5, we interview fellow experts to validate and further supplement the knowledge model.
After processing the final interview, we present and deliver the knowledge model. It is then ready for use on the shop floor.
The final evaluation follows after three months: if this model is sufficient, you will receive the knowledge model as a PDF. Do you see more opportunities? Then we can implement ELICIT and even capture knowledge for other processes, roles, or departments.
