That &#8216;essence&#8217; consists of an average of 20 parameters and 72 instructions, which allow a (new) operator to perform 3 key tasks to execute their work effectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The challenge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A typical challenge of our time is that production facilities are increasing in complexity and becoming increasingly automated. The distance between the operator and the process is growing and becoming less transparent. Experts with 20 to 30 years of experience still understand how the process truly works, but this specific group is currently reaching retirement age. To begin with, finding new, qualified operators is difficult, and they must also be trained quickly. Furthermore, they are increasingly deployed flexibly: there is no time to fully fathom a process, even though they must make daily decisions that directly affect business results.
