How many questions?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It appears that an average of 110 questions are required to describe an operator workstation in a knowledge file. From experience, we also know that an average of 20 parameters and 72 instructions are needed to describe the core, including process monitoring and control (see figure below). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As more instructions are described, a picture also emerges of the number of options the operator has to control the process. This can vary greatly: fully automated installations sometimes have only a few, but on average there are 5 to 12. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
