For which knowledge domain do you want to capture and make expert knowledge available? Together, we define the scope and identify which experts we will interview for this purpose. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\"\"\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n2<\/span>\n\n\n\n

We start with an introduction to the experts and provide an explanation of our project approach. We then conduct the first two interviews and incorporate them into the knowledge model. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\"\"\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n3<\/span>\n\n\n\n

During the interim evaluation, we present the initial results and the foundation of the knowledge model. If necessary, we adjust the scope and level of detail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\"\"\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

For interviews 3, 4, and 5, we interview fellow experts to validate and further supplement the knowledge model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"\"\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

After processing the final interview, we present and deliver the knowledge model. It is then ready for use on the shop floor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\"\"\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The final evaluation follows after three months: if this model is sufficient, you will receive the knowledge model as a PDF. Do you see more opportunities?
