Technische ontwikkelingen gaan steeds sneller en knappe koppen blijven niet jarenlang aan één bedrijf gebonden. Dat geldt voor zowel de millennial als voor de seniore collega, die een grote hoeveelheid essentiële technische kennis in uw bedrijf brengt. Maar wat als deze collega het bedrijf verlaat? Neemt hij of zij deze kennis dan mee? En hoe voorkom je dat dan? Dat was het thema van de plenaire sessie bij stichting Industriële Kring Twente, waar onze collega Wouter Schotborgh tijdens het IKT College een presentatie heeft gehouden over onze uniek ELICIT-methode. Deze methode, die is ontwikkeld gedurende het promotieonderzoek op de UT, is verder doorontwikkeld door toepassing in diverse industrieën, bedrijfstypen en binnen meerdere afdelingen van grote en kleine bedrijven. Het doel van ELICIT Online is om wereldwijd de ervaringskennis van medewerkers vast te leggen en beschikbaar te maken, zodat prestaties van medewerkers en organisaties significant verbeteren.

The packed room followed Schotborgh’s talk with intense interest, and enjoyed three knowledge sessions afterward, one of which featured FrieslandCampina Global L&D Specialist Karin Vinke. She shared which challenges the Dutch dairy giant faces every day, and how ELICIT Online is used as a tool to support and guide learning on the job.
